Meet Lilah! The most brave 22 month old girl. In F Meet Lilah! The most brave 22 month old girl. In February of this year, Lilah’s mom went into labor with Lilah’s younger brother. While in labor, Lilah had a seizure at home. She was rushed to the hospital where they did a scan and found a mass on her brain. In March, Lilah had brain surgery to remove the tumor, and thankfully the surgery was very successful! Later in the week they found out that Lilah has been diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of brain cancer, Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (ATRT). There were only 58 documented cases in the U.S. last year. Thanks to @kpearson_22 we were able to send Lilah a care package to lift her spirits during chemo and stem cell transplants, as well as make a donation to her Gofundme. Her father reached out to us to lift her spirits up, as she has been dealing with some bullying at school from the hair loss she has experienced from chemo. 💔 We are so thankful for the support we receive that allows us to lift these brave kids up through their battle!
